Sunrise Yoga - Peak Yoga Wellness to VFW

Join us on our first ever Sunrise Yoga adventure!

These classes are for those of you who crave the sunrise. This is for the people who like to set positive intentions for their day, understanding you will likely be uncomfortable for a period of time and know that what comes out of it will be totally worth it. If you are one of those people, I am honored to know you, and I am looking forward to many more adventures together.

For our very first meet up, we will meet at Peak Yoga Wellness (350 Prairie St. Prairie Du Sac, WI) on Sunday, May 5th at 5:15 AM.

We will then walk to the VFW (about an 11 minute walk) with about 10-15 minutes of flex time before the sun rises at 5:46 AM.

We will start our class at 5:45 with breathwork and meditation.

We will then warm up and create some heat within ourselves and flow it out. We will finish class with meditation / stillness / quiet time / etc.

I'd recommend wearing layers, and maybe bring a blanket for the end of class.

Remember your water and yoga mat.

Please keep in mind that we are starting small and working our way up to larger events. I appreciate your patience through this learning process! Feedback and suggestions are welcome and are taken into consideration - and may or may not be executed.

This class is donation based with a minimum of $1 to ensure this experience is accessible regardless of financial status. A regular class is $15. Anything beyond that will be used for the mission and vision of Peak Yoga Wellness.
